Non-Executive Director, Royal Liver Group

Philip was elected to the Committee of Management as a Non-Executive Director in May 2002, having formerly been a Delegate of the Society.

He has a wide management and executive career in the temperature controlled distribution industry, fulfilling roles in Line Management, Operations, Human Resources and Corporate Planning. In respect of his Royal Liver appointments, he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the With-Profits Committee and Nominations Committee.
